- Pre-Cleaning Consultation: –Mr & Mrs Steamer inspect the floor and the carpets for condition and identify the fiber to decide the best treatment and approach needed for best humanly possible results.
- Pre-Vacuuming: For surface debris, dust, pet hair, and other loose particles, our commercial-grade brush head vacuum cleaner is quite effective.
- Pre-Treatment: We apply our specialized cleaning solution and a premium deodorizer/sanitiser to the carpets to prepare them for cleaning.
- Spot Treatment: Basic spots are treated with our effective spot cleaner. Please note stain removal is provided at an additional cost.
- Agitation (Optional): For heavily soiled areas, we offer an additional service of agitation using our counter-rotating brush machine. This step is performed upon request and incurs an additional charge.
